Typical Ladin and
international cuisine

Relax all the senses
at the Hotel Ciasa Tamà

In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for the delicious cuisine of Chef Erich, owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà.

In the evening you can choose between various menus, combining typical Ladin and South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international cuisine. There is also a rich buffet of salads and vegetables.

Theme nights are organized during the week, such as the typical Ladin dinner with barley soup and "turtres"( fried stuffed raviolis), "cajincí"( not-fried stuffed raviolis)) of spinach and ricotta, pork shank or goulash with polenta and sauerkraut. In addition, there is also a rich dessert buffet.

Breakfast is buffet-style and offers choices between sweet and savory with fresh natural products, homemade delicacies, and classic South Tyrolean and international specialties.

The attention to detail of the Hotel Ciasa Tamà also emerges here: every aspect is well taken care of, from the table’s tasteful preparations with our local delicious cuisine to the delicious homemade desserts.
